UCSS will implement a Rehabilitation project for the fulfillment of the organization's goal and objective. The project will have Rehabilitation Center in Kathmandu and where is needy and helpless orphan, poorest and disable children, internally displaced children due to armed conflict, political unrest and different reasons like poverty, illiterate etc. since last ten years will be looked after providing food, shelter, education, love, care, vocational and income generation skill trainings. The project will also have extension program that will go different parts of regions and will do awareness programs research and survey work in the related fields. Most of children in remote area of the country are totally illiterate, because of their family economic insufficiency to give the proper education. The major aspiration of the UCSS will be emphasized on their needs to lead the life towards giving the warmest care and comprehensive education and trainings.

UCSS has been observing different rural areas children education sector in Nepal since last ten years to support the displaced, poorest, parentless and careless children. The organization has successfully completed many social services to stand on these kinds of children education. The major priority is found to establish a Rehabilitation Center where the displaced children will be provided equal education, food, shelter, love care and career.
